Meta Partner Privacy Policy

At CanWe Technologies LLP ("we," "our," or "us"), we are an official Technology Provider and Meta Business Partner. This specific privacy policy governs our use of Meta APIs, including the Facebook Graph API and WhatsApp Business API, and outlines how we handle data when you connect your Meta accounts to our platforms.

1. Authorized Use of Platform Data

We integrate with Meta APIs to provide enterprise automation, CRM syncing, and conversational AI services. Platform Data obtained from Meta is used strictly to enable these products or services on behalf of our clients. We do not use this data for our own independent purposes.

2. No Monetization of Data

We unequivocally do not sell, rent, lease, or independently monetize Meta Platform Data or WhatsApp conversational data. All data is processed securely to facilitate the services explicitly requested by our clients.

3. Encryption and Security

WhatsApp messages processed via our infrastructure respect the platform's end-to-end encryption standards. Message contents are only processed in-memory for routing or AI fulfillment as explicitly configured by the client. We implement enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and physical security measures, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

4. Data Deletion Instructions (Meta/Facebook Apps)

If you have connected your Meta/Facebook account to any of our applications or platforms and wish to completely remove our access and delete your associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy menu.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Scroll down to Security and Login and click on Apps and Websites.
4. Find the CanWe Technologies app you wish to remove, select it, and click Remove.
5. To request a complete purge of your data from our internal servers, please email our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

5. Compliance with Meta Policies

All Platform Data is handled securely and processed strictly in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We regularly review our systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
