Welcome to CanWe Technologies LLP. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
CanWe Technologies LLP is a software engineering and technology consultancy agency. We provide custom software development, AI automation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise application services. All services are subject to the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between us and the client.
2. Use of Platform Data
When utilizing our services that integrate with third-party platforms (such as Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp), clients agree to comply with all applicable terms and policies of those platforms. Any Platform Data accessed or processed by CanWe Technologies on behalf of a client is done so strictly as a Technology Provider to facilitate the contracted services.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a written SOW, CanWe Technologies LLP retains all rights to the underlying methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used to deliver our services. Custom deliverables produced specifically for a client will become the property of the client upon full payment of all related fees, as detailed in the applicable agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CanWe Technologies LLP, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
