Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CanWe Technologies LLP for your software engineering and technology consulting needs. We strive to deliver exceptional quality in all our services, from custom software development to AI automation and cloud infrastructure.
1. General Policy
Due to the custom nature of our technology consultancy and software development services, we generally do not offer refunds once work has commenced or a Statement of Work (SOW) has been signed and the initial deposit has been paid. The time, resources, and expertise dedicated to your project are non-recoverable.
2. Consulting and Development Services
For project-based engagements, milestone payments are non-refundable once the milestone has been approved by the client and the associated work delivered. If a project is cancelled by the client prior to completion, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, but no refund will be issued for payments already made.
3. Subscription Services & Retainers
For ongoing maintenance, cloud infrastructure management, or retainer-based services, clients may cancel according to the terms specified in their Master Service Agreement (MSA). We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
4. Third-Party Costs
Any expenses incurred for third-party platforms, APIs, hosting services, or software licenses (such as Meta Business Services, AWS, or WhatsApp Automation API) on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare instances, such as a major failure to deliver agreed-upon scope that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by CanWe Technologies LLP management. Any approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14-21 business days.
