3. Meta Platform & WhatsApp Business API Data

As an official Technology Provider and Meta Business Partner, we integrate with Meta APIs (including the Facebook Graph API and WhatsApp Business API) to provide enterprise automation and conversational AI services.

• Authorized Use: Platform Data obtained from Meta is used strictly to enable these products or services on behalf of our clients. We do not use this data for our own independent purposes.
• No Monetization: We unequivocally do not sell, rent, or independently monetize Meta Platform Data or WhatsApp conversational data.
• End-to-End Encryption: WhatsApp messages processed via our infrastructure respect the platform's encryption standards. Message contents are only processed in-memory for routing or AI fulfillment as explicitly configured by the client.
• Compliance: All Platform Data is handled securely and processed strictly in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Data Deletion Instructions (Meta/Facebook Apps)

If you have connected your Meta/Facebook account to any of our applications or platforms and wish to completely remove our access and delete your associated data, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy menu.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Scroll down to Security and Login and click on Apps and Websites.
4. Find the CanWe Technologies app you wish to remove, select it, and click Remove.
5. To request a complete purge of your data from our internal servers, please email our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

5. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, to perform contracts with you, and for compliance with legal obligations:

• To deploy, manage, and monitor software and AI infrastructure.
• To facilitate account creation and secure logon processes.
• To send administrative and billing information.

We implement enterprise-grade administrative, technical, and physical security measures—including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit—to protect your personal information.
